Counting down to 2022 in a few more days,

Reflecting what have I have accomplished in 2021,

Force to be toughen up

While facing even more serious pandemic situation and challenges this year.

With Covid-19 and pandemic challenges,

The uncertainty is a norm and always fluctuate,

The need to react fast and flexible must be in our natural reflect,

The only constant is CHANGE!

Work has been extremely challenging for me,

In DIGITAL industry whereby the pace is fast moving,

Too fast that

It takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place

Revisiting my memories in 2021,

A year to embrace with ever-changing technology industry,

Frequently learning the latest knowledge,

For Digital Marketing, Customer Service and E-Commerce,

Not only for website, for also for Marketplace.

What will 2022 welcome me to?

Even more knowledge to grasp,

The DIGITAL landscape will continue to be transformed even more,

For only one main reason – better user experience,

Which we always need to prioritize to be successful.

To be courageous and brave to greet 2022,

Be conscientious, high-spirited and enthusiastic,
